Abstract In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and difficulty in adding tin end cap production process fuse, unstable amount resulted over-welding fake-welding. This paper designed manufactured a set automatic equipment for welding fuse. The feeding device can accurately feed cap; disc cutter structures with machine is used cut wire, wire falls into heating melt liquid cap. cooling makes condense solid realize function automatically Through actual verification, it proved that structure reasonable meet requirements.
